Abrico
Abrico is a platform for simplified financing of energy-renovation projects. Within the team, I helped migrate the internal tool, until then built with no-code, to a Next.js application. I owned the external integrations (CEE filing, Yousign e-signature), regulatory document generation and several beneficiary and contractor screens.

What I did
Delivered features
CEE filing connector
One-click filing of pre- and post-works CEE files with the CEE partner, with safeguards against duplicate filings; status changes come back through a webhook, with no re-keying.
Pre-filled regulatory PDFs
A generic PDF form-filling engine: ANAH mandate, CEE bonus commitment (RAI) and MaPrimeRénov’ consent form, versioned in the file.
Yousign e-signature
Signing built into the app: multiple ordered signers, expiry, decline reason and the signed document saved as a new version.
Quote, RAI and offer in one send
When the quote is signed, the app generates the financing offer and the RAI, merges everything into one PDF and sends it to the beneficiary for signature.
MaPrimeRénov’ onboarding
A guided beneficiary journey: checklists, France Identité steps, access to the ANAH website and online signing of the mandate.
Beneficiary financing plan
A financing proposal (CEE and MPR bonuses, loan, monthly payments, schedule) that the beneficiary approves or comments on; the simulation works on mobile for contractors.
Site tracking page
A timeline of the works’ phases, a status banner with the next action and Financing, Documents, Details, Client and Photos tabs.
Tables and back-office API
Sortable, filterable tables (filters kept in the URL, cards on mobile) and an admin API for companies and contractors used by ops from Retool.
